Is something left uncapitalized in our world? Starbucks is the symbol of the capitalizm and these people now say that they are against that. It is a good start but not convincing. Being against an idea requires a consistent behavior. We have some friends who are in that movement but they do go to Bebek Starbucks to take a caramel chocolate mix-up. Let's try to think like that. They are against Starbucks in the campus. But what the firm had done was just a favor. They see all those tikkies and not-tikkies taking coffee from them early in the morning and late in the evening, they thought it is a good idea to move on to the campus. We cannot blame Starbucks in this situation. Who to blame? No one. Let's blame Capitalizm (as if it is not us.)

What about our lovely administration? They look like they are the owners of the university, don't they? Democracy? It is just a word abolished long time ago in the universities of Turkey. However, it is very simple. Ask the students, if the majority wants, you have it although it is disturbing for some "people".

We may also think that this protest is not just about Capitalism or Starbucks. It is about the rights students have about the issues related to university.
